Ride a camel into the Moroccan desert on an overnight trip from Merzouga, and sleep beneath Saharan stars. Set up a luxury camp in the sand and watch the sun slip away behind Erg Chebbi’s towering dunes. Dine fireside on regional specialties and take in the haunting sounds of Berber music; climb the dunes for a desert sunrise, then mount your camel for an hour’s ride out of the sand and back to Merzouga.

Itinerary:

1 Night in the Desert – Camel Ride, Jeep, Luxury Tent, Private Bathroom & Air Conditioning

You will ride the camels in the afternoon for about one hour into the luxury camp in the Merzouga Desert.

The trip will start into the desert at 17:30 PM. You will spend the night in the luxury camp between the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi.

This is a great opportunity to take beautiful pictures of the sunset and sunrise. When you arrive at the camp, you can walk to the dunes to watch the sunset. It will be a magical night when the sky is clear and the stars sparkle above the desert.

In the evening, enjoy a wonderful dinner accompanied by traditional Berber drum music.

In the morning, you will walk up to the dunes to watch the sunrise. After that, return to your tent for a shower and breakfast.

Later, you will return to the starting point by Jeep or camel, according to your preference.
